About The Forum
On October 23–24, 2025, the “IV Global and National Economic Trends: Uzbekistan – 2030 Strategy” forum will be held at the Tashkent State University of Economics. The forum will include scientific-practical conferences, master classes, and various exhibitions, aiming to create a platform for international and national experts to exchange scientific and practical experiences in the socio-economic sphere.
The following conferences will be organized within the framework of the forum.
- I CONFERENCE: DIRECTIONS FOR ENSURING SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSITION TO A GREEN ECONOMY
- II CONFERENCE: BANKING AND FINANCIAL SYSTEM AND DIRECTIONS FOR DEVELOPING THE PRIVATE SECTOR
- III CONFERENCE: MACHINE LEARNING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: A NEW APPROACH TO ECONOMETRIC ANALYSIS
The materials of the conferences held within the framework of the forum will be published in Scopus-indexed databases (http://strategy2025.tsue.uz/) and in journals recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC).

- Abstract
- Keywords
- Main Body
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results
- Analysis
- Conclusion and Recommendations
- References
II. Articles must be edited and meet all technical formatting requirements, including:
- Submitted in Microsoft Word 2016 or later
- Font: Times New Roman, size 14
- Page format: A4
- Margins: 2 cm on all sides (top, bottom, left, right)
- Line spacing: 15
- Paragraph indentation: 1 cm
- Text must be justified (aligned on both sides)
All tables, figures, and images must be created in Microsoft Word, charts and diagrams in MS Excel, and use the Times New Roman font. Formulas must be written using the MS Equation Editor.
Scientific articles must be at least 8 pages long and written in Uzbek, Russian, or English.
III. Scientific papers for participation in conferences will be accepted via the website http://strategy2025.tsue.uz/ until September 25, 2025.
IV. Submitted scientific articles will undergo expert review to verify compliance with the requirements outlined above, including a plagiarism check with a minimum originality of 80%. Materials that do not pass the experts’ evaluation will not be published and will not be returned to the author. Articles written in English that pass external peer review and meet the conference standards are recommended for publication in the Scopus international scientific and technical database. Additionally, articles prepared in Uzbek and Russian will be published in special issues of the university-recognized journals: “Green Economy and Development,” “Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence,” and “International Finance and Accounting.”
